Usage
Directions: Stovetop: Mix custard powder, sugar, and 50 ml milk together (see table below for quantity of custard powder) Bring 450 ml milk to a boil in a saucepan. Pour custard mix into boiling milk, and stir well. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously. Serve hot or cold. Use more or less sugar according to taste. Microwave: Place custard powder, sugar, and 50 ml milk into 1 litre microwavable jug (see table below for quantity of custard powder). Mix together. Add the remainder of the milk and stir well. Microwave on high (100%) for 5 mins (650-700 W)/7,5 mins (500 W) or until mixture boils, stirring at 2-minute intervals.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
