Landskroon - Blanc de Noir Off Dry Pinotage 750ml

A fresh and fruity off-dry white wine made from Pinotage grapes. Pale coral colour. Lovely floral and fruity flavours. Attractive on its own, but also good company to snacks and light meals. Serve well chilled.

The winemaking process involves harvesting the Pinotage grapes at optimal ripeness, followed by destemming and pressing to extract the juice. Only the free-run juice is used, which is then cold-settled for 24 hours to clarify. Fermentation occurs at a controlled low temperature of 13°C, preserving the delicate aromas and flavors. The wine is fermented to an off-dry style, resulting in a residual sugar content of approximately 6.8 g/L.

The final product boasts an alcohol content of 13.5% by volume and a pH of 3.38, contributing to its crisp and balanced profile. Presented in a 750ml bottle with a screw cap closure, this wine is best enjoyed while young and fresh to appreciate its vibrant character.
